Thermal washer-disinfector
MELAtherm 10
Automated high-temperature cleaning, thermal disinfection and drying in one standardized cycle, with less hand handling.
Infection control · Sterilization center
Every instrument, every handpiece, every time. In our own sterilization center, instruments are washed, disinfected, sealed, sterilized and checked before they reach your chair.

Why it matters
Without a strict protocol, cross-contamination can happen. That is why we treat infection control as a core clinical standard, not an option.
Our sterilization protocols follow the standards of the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korean Dental Association, and we go further: every instrument and every handpiece is sterilized for every patient. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

Equipment
We use MELAG equipment from Germany within a hospital-grade infection control workflow to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

Automated high-temperature cleaning, thermal disinfection and drying in one standardized cycle, with less hand handling.

Sealing device
Seals each instrument set into its own sterilization pouch, so it stays protected after sterilization.

Removes air with vacuum phases before steam, so steam reaches hollow and wrapped instruments.
Our infection control system
Six safeguards work together on every instrument set, every day.

Automated cleaning and thermal disinfection for consistent hygiene.
Each patient receives an individually packaged instrument set.

Inside our sterilization center

At your visit
Reusable steel instruments and handpieces are cleaned and sterilized after every patient. Items made for single use are discarded after one patient.
Class B steam sterilizers remove air with vacuum phases before sterilizing, so steam can reach the inside of hollow instruments such as handpieces and items sealed in pouches.
Every cycle is checked before instruments are released, and the results are recorded in our sterilization log.
